New Director of Sales & Marketing,Great China SBU on board

Shanghai, August 23, 2010 - Please join me in welcoming our new Director of Sales & Marketing, Great China SBU, Andrew Zhang, who joined Amsino Healthcare(Shanghai) Co., Ltd. on August 23, 2010. This position is a replacement. He will report to Richard Lee, CEO of Amsino Medical Group. 

Andrew received his BS in Medicine from Shanghai Jiao Tong University, and EMBA from China Europe International Business School. Before joining Amsino, he has more than twenty years work experience of sales and marketing in medical field. As to our team increase, it takes more energy for us making efforts to provide much more professional support for our company’s business development. And our Great China SBU will definitely devote to hard more than usual together with our all staffs.

His responsibilities at Amsino include but not limited to the following:

  • Develop and maintain the strategic plan, marketing and sales plan for the Greater China Sales SBU business. 
  • Develop a departmental budget, ensure adherence to the budget, and takes corrective action, as required. 
  • Develop accurate forecasting and reporting and provision of sales planning data as necessary. 
  • Direct all selling and marketing activities to achieve sales goals and market share objectives, as defined in the strategic plan. 
  • Study customer needs to develop appropriate customer value propositions. 
  • Evaluates competitors’ activities and market trends, evaluate channel structure and behavior, to define appropriate channel strategy. 
  • Develop and foster a team environment within the SBU to generate sales growth opportunities. 
  • Maintain close relationships with the key accounts and customers with high potential to develop new business. 
  • Working with product development and marketing department to develop and implement sales tools. 
  • Direct the recruiting, hiring, and training of sales and marketing personnel. 
  • Control AR and prepare monthly sales and financial analysis and reporting on sales business.
