Amsino Medical Group Reaches Settlement Agreement with Ivera Medical Corporation
In December 2010, Amsino reached an agreement with Ivera Medical Corporation to amicably settle the litigation between the parties that was filed in the California Superior Court for the County of Los Angeles on October 30, 2009. During the pendency of the suit, Amsino denied and vigorously contested all of the allegations against it. The parties ultimately came to an agreement to settle the litigation. Although the terms of the settlement are confidential, Amsino is pleased to report that it has resolved the matter in its entirety.
